In Round 3, the University Blacks, University Blues and Melbourne University Womens Football Club’s come together to mark the place of University football within the broader context of ANZAC history, remembering all those men and women who fought for the freedoms that we enjoy today.
With that in mind, the University Blacks Football Club would like to invite all supporters to our 2017 Anzac Day Lunch, proudly supported by the Moama Bowling Club.
Cost of the lunch, provided by Dineamic, will be $60 per head with drinks at bar prices. The duration of the lunch will be 12pm from 2pm, at which point the Senior match between the Uni Blacks and Uni Blues will commence.
Tickets will be on sale until April 26 and can be purchased through the club’s online store.
The University Blacks would like to encourage all supporters to come along, and participate in remembering those brave souls who gave their lives for the benefit of us.
